Abstract

This paper describes dendroflora within Sitarski potok - Kozarevac area, in Banja Luka region. General information of the observed area were identified. Ten experimental plots were used to monitor pheno-phases within one vegetation period, to determine ecological traits, phytocenolic classification, floral elements and life forms. Moreover, plant health of certain dendroflora species was recorded at certain experimental plots. This paper presents the results of dendroflora pheno-phases monitoring, and some facts observed during the research work activities, like the drying process happening to sessileflowered oak tree tips, degradation due to the excessive felling activities in the first and the second experimental plots, as well as the condition of cultivated and allochtonous species growing within this area: Pinus strobus, Pseudotsuga menziesii, Pinus nigra and Robinia pseudoacacia.
