The sessile oak and hornbeam forest community (Epimedio-Carpinetum betuli) from Trapist wood near Banjaluka

Abstract

Climatogenic forest of the Western part of Balcan-penninsula – the hornbeam & sessile oak forest, is one of the first-described and well known associations. However, states and regards on sintaxonomy, inside variability and sindinamics of this stand, as well as methodological details by divers authors and school are signifi cantly different. Therefore, there is presented and illustrated a standardized methodological approach considering a phytocoenological relieves and table. For each other comparison of relieves from Trapist wood near Banjaluka, and comparison with other similar communities too, recently enlighten these phytocoenological topics.
