Abstract

The genetic variability of sessile oak (Quercus petraea) was researched by cpDNA analysis, with application of AFLP technique. We determined the haplotypes of 16 populations. The analysis showed that in the researched populations of sessile oak in Bosnia and Herzegovina there exists seven different haplotypes (2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 17, 31).
